Licensed Practical Nurse I - (LPN I)
Requires graduation from a school of practical nursing, college or community and/or technical college, which meets the requirements set by Kentucky State Law. Current and active Kentucky Licensed Practical Nurse License; or must have met all requirements of KRS 314.051, having received a provisional license and approval to practice as an L.P.N.A. No previous nursing practice experience is required. $8.90/hr
Licensed Practical Nurse II - (LPN II)
Requires graduation from a school of practical nursing, college or community and/or technical college, which meets the requirements set by Kentucky State Law. Current and active Kentucky Licensed Practical Nurse License. One year of nursing experience as a licensed practical nurse. $10.04/hr
Local Health Nurse I
Requires an Associate degree or diploma from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing. Must have met all requirements of KRS 314.041, having received a provisional license and approval to practice as a Registered Nurse Applicant (RNA) or having a current active Kentucky Registered Nurse license. No previous nursing practice experience required, however preference will be given to applicants with at least one year of experience. $14.07/hr
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - (ARNP)
Requires Masters degree in Nursing with clinical specialty area in Advanced Nusing Practice from an accredited program and one year of work experience as a registered nurse OR Bachelors of Science in nursing from a school approved by the National League of Nursing and two (2) years work experience as a registered nurse. Completion of an organized post-basic program of study and clinical experience OR An Associate degree or diploma from a school of professional nursing accredited by the National League for Nursing with three (3) years work experience as a registered nurse, including one year in community health. Completion of a post-basic program of study and clinical experience. Licensed to practice as a nurse practitioner in Kentucky or have a Temporary Authorization to practice under the Kentucky Board of Nursing protocols. $28.90/hr
Clinical Nutritionist
Requires Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and be a licensed dietition (L.D.) by the KY State Board as provided by KRS 310.021 or be a Certified Nutritionist (C.N.) by the KY State Board by KRS 310.031. $16.30/hr
