There are two winners of our June LCDHD Employee Excellence Award. One of the recipients is Janie Hamm
Janie is the public health program coordinator that oversees our interpreters and translation services (among other things). She was nominated for her “exemplary quality of work, customer service and teamwork” while treating Spanish speaking patients with active TB and those with latent TB infection. She has built relationships with these patients and provided crucial support and assistance to them during their treatment.
