We are pleased to announce the recipient of the October LCDHD Employee Excellence Award is Jennifer Dixon!
Jennifer is an RN and Diabetes Educator in the Wellness Program, based at the district office. She was nominated for her “exemplary quality of work and customer service” as demonstrated in a recent encounter with a diabetes class participant. Jennifer spent extra time over several days researching and learning how to assist the person with syncing their Dexcom device to their phone to allow them to accurately monitor their glucose levels. Great work, Jennifer!
