The Lake Cumberland District Health Department is accepting sealed proposals for scanning and digitization services for medical record charts. The initiative aims to enhance record accessibility, improve data security, and streamline document management. Expect to work with records from all 10 county health departments in Lake Cumberland including Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor, and Wayne Counties. Proposals must be received by our office no later than 1:30 pm on January 30, 2025. Proposals received after this date will not be considered. Please send all sealed proposals to:
